A. TERMS FOR LISTING USERS
(Dealer, Owner, Builder, Channel Partner)
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You confirm that you are legally authorized to list, market, or promote the property uploaded on the platform.
- One user is responsible for all activity conducted through their account.
2. Property Listings
- All property details, images, pricing, approvals, and availability are the sole responsibility of the listing user.
- Apani Asset does not verify ownership, legality, or project approvals unless explicitly stated.
- Duplicate, misleading, false, or illegal listings are strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy
- All payments made for property listings, subscriptions, featured ads, promotions, or services are strictly non-refundable.
- Once payment is completed:
- No cancellation, refund, or transfer will be allowed.
- Non-usage or partial usage does not qualify for refund.
- Apani Asset does not guarantee leads, sales, rentals, or business outcomes.
4. Content Responsibility
- You grant Apani Asset the right to display, promote, and market your listings across its platform and marketing channels.
- You confirm that uploaded images and content do not violate copyright or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Activities
Listing users must not:
- Post fake, unavailable, or already sold/rented properties.
- Manipulate pricing or mislead buyers.
- Upload offensive, unlawful, or unrelated content.
- Attempt to bypass platform systems or policies.
Violation may result in listing removal or account suspension without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Apani Asset acts only as a digital advertising and discovery platform.
- We are not responsible for disputes, payments, agreements, or transactions between users.
B. TERMS FOR END USERS
(Guest, Buyer, Tenant, Investor)
7. Platform Usage
- Guests may browse listings freely.
- Buyers and tenants are responsible for verifying all property details before any commitment.
- Apani Asset does not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or legal status of any property.
8. No Brokerage or Transaction Guarantee
- Apani Asset does not act as a broker, agent, or party to any transaction.
- Any agreement, payment, or deal made between users is at their own discretion and risk.
9. Payments by End Users (If Applicable)
- Any service-related payment made by buyers or tenants on the platform is non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Apani Asset is not responsible for third-party payment disputes.
10. Prohibited Use
End users must not:
- Use listings for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or misuse contact details of other users.
- Attempt data scraping or system abuse.
C. COMMON TERMS FOR ALL USERS
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and platform design belong to Apani Asset and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
Apani Asset reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account:
- For policy violations.
- For misuse of the platform.
- For legal or security reasons No refunds will be provided in such cases.
13. Modifications to Terms
Apani Asset may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
